How much does a Laptop Diagnostic cost?

Zero! - laptop diagnostics are FREE. There are no hidden costs or "bench fees". The price quoted on our Services Menu are exactly what you pay. There are no undisclosed fees.

Once we receive the laptop, how long before it gets fixed?

A Certified Technician completes all standard laptop repairs within one business day from the time we receive your laptop. Thus, we have a 24-hour turnaround time. Additional time may be needed if special parts must be ordered or if there are unanticipated complications and circumstances in completing your repairs.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, U.S. Postal money orders, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept checks.

When do I have to pay for the laptop repairs?

Payment is due after repairs are complete. If we can't repair your laptop, you pay nothing. You may, however, make an advanced payment.

Do I get a Warranty?

Yes. Various hardware has differing warranties. DC Power Jack repairs are covered by our One Year UNLIMITED Parts and Labor Warranty. See our Warranty page.

If other things are wrong with the laptop, do you automatically fix them?

No - we'll contact you FIRST prior to making any other repairs, than what you've agreed to.

If the laptop is not worth fixing, will you tell me?

Yes - if the cost to repair a laptop is equal to or more than the cost of purchasing a new laptop, we will advise you of this PRIOR to performing any work.

If I don't want the laptop back, will it cost me anything to have it disposed?

No - we can dispose of the laptop at no cost to you. And if you have made a pre-payment, the payment will be refunded the same day.
